    CONSIDERATIONS:

    By submitting this information, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms of the processing of their complaint, which are:

    1. To process the complaint, the customer will provide all the information required in this form, including updated contact information. If the information provided by the customer is insufficient, the complaint will be deemed inadmissible.

    2. Processing the complaints will take up to 30 calendar days, which may be extended depending upon the complexity of the issue, with prior notice sent to the email address the costumer provided in the Complaints Book.

    3. After said 30 days, the customer will have access to the decision on the complaint at any of our offices nationwide or through our main telephone line (511) 411-6868 from Lima or provinces.

    4. I hereby authorize DROCERSA S.A. to provide this information to INDECOPI if requested by said agency.

    5. THE CUSTOMER will fill out this document accepting its content and a copy will be sent to their email address as an acknowledgment of receipt. The COMPANY will keep a copy of the document.

    6. If THE CUSTOMER does not send the PDF with the right format and size (under 5 Mb), this will not be acknowledged and will not be used for any type of complaint.

    7. Filing a complaint does not prevent the customer from seeking other means of dispute settlement, nor is it a prerequisite for submitting a complaint to INDECOPI.
